This villa is located in Pa Khlok, Phuket. In 2023, our team installed a 144 kW on-grid solar rooftop system here, using 320 × EAST LUX-PERC 450 Wp panels with Solis 40 kW inverter.
An on-grid system powers the building directly during the day; at night or in cloudy weather the property draws from the grid as usual, with no batteries to maintain.
Villas use a lot of electricity during the day — air-conditioning, pool pumps and lighting — which lines up well with when solar panels produce power.
